Julie, a dedicated patient care coordinator, has honed her expertise in the dental field since 1997. Starting as a certified dental assistant, she has excelled in roles like hygiene coordinator, treatment coordinator, and office manager. Known for her keen attention to detail, empathy, and uplifting humor, Julie fosters a positive environment for both patients and colleagues. Beyond work, she cherishes time with her two daughters, enjoys soccer—especially the World Cup—and loves watching hockey, baseball, and football. Born in Fiji and raised in Toronto, she enjoys traveling, fine cuisine, and visiting family abroad. Her motto: "Life is short, so live each day to the fullest."

Syd is a warm and dedicated dental administrator who thrives on connecting with patients and making the insurance process seamless. They began their academic journey pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at Wilfrid Laurier University before excelling in Durham College’s Dental Office Administration program. Outside of work, Syd enjoys teaching piano and singing, crocheting with their cat by their side, and roller skating for both fun and fitness. Their passion for helping others shines through in everything they do, bringing a positive and caring energy to both the office and their everyday life.

Britni is a dedicated registered dental hygienist with six years of experience, passionate about creating a comfortable and compassionate environment for patients. Understanding that dental visits can be intimidating, she helps ease anxieties with a warm approach and even provides ceiling-mounted TVs for added relaxation.

Originally from Cottam, Ontario, Britni now calls Brantford home, carrying her strong sense of community into both her personal and professional life. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her fiancé and Australian Shepherd, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and staying active. In her downtime, she unwinds with Netflix, new hobbies, and quality time with loved ones.

Sierra’s passion for dental hygiene was inspired by watching her mother excel in the profession. As a dental hygienist, she combines her love for health, wellness, and helping others into a fulfilling career.

She began her academic journey in Pre-Health at Fanshawe College before earning her Dental Hygiene diploma from Southern Ontario Dental College.

Outside of work, Sierra enjoys fitness, reading, cottaging, and spending time with family and friends. She is always educating herself on the latest dental interventions to ensure her patients are getting the highest standard of care. Sierras patience, calm demeanour, and humour, make her patients feel at ease through their whole appointment.

Chayne grew up on a small farm in Burford, Ontario, following in the footsteps of her mother and older sister in the dental field. She completed her dental assisting education at Niagara College and has been working alongside Dr. Emily since 2021, gaining expertise in procedures ranging from implants to complex oral surgeries and IV sedation.

Known for her ability to create a positive patient experience, Chayne ensures comfort while maintaining smooth, efficient procedures. She loves the continuous learning opportunities and the supportive team at Conklin Family Dental.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her many animals, reading, and being with family and friends.
